Follow your heart

Date: 7th January 2011

Have you ever thought of going somewhere without planning in advance? When I ran out of ideas, my hubby suggested that I take only public transport and capture whatever attracts me the most. There is no rule to this game, as long I follow my heart.

On my way to the MRT station

▲ Good morning Miss Rosie ^_^

▲ I love the wallpaper patterns of old mattresses and I do pick up some of these nice items nearby my place. This might be the best time to “bump” into treasures if you pay more attention in your neighborhood.

▲ Fluffy pink mimosa

▲ Unknown mini pink buds

▲ Wild daisy kissing by the butterfly

▲ Wedding bells

▲1:30PM
Begin from Paya Lebar MRT station

▲ Board any bus that arrives and alight somewhere close to East Coast Road

▲ Old buildings in rainbow colors

▲ Charming old-fashioned window grills, how I wish I could see more of these in HDB flat.

▲ Canadian school

▲ You can find old buildings in all kinds of colors at East Coast Road

▲ 2 hours of walking along East Coast Road and caught a double decker bus

▲ My favorite seat, upstairs front row a prefect view to spot pretty houses and scenes

▲ Joker house

▲ For once, I feel so relax by not planning my trip in advance. It is definitely the most organic way to reduce stress and return to work with a different point of view.

  1. Lovely photos! I've been doing more of this - taking the MRT to a random stop and walking around.

  2. Thank you! I wish we can do Bollywood Veggies soon, let's discuss again after I come back from Malaysia.
